Job Description

REQUIRED SKILLS

): 1. 3+ Years of Experience with Enterprise Network Infrastructure and LAN Administration 2. 3+ Years of Experience with Installing, Configuring, and Troubleshooting switches and wireless access points 3. 3+ Years of Experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services 4. 3+ Years of Experience with Troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile devices 5. 3+ Years of Experience with creating, reading, and maintaining network documentation and diagrams
PREFERRED SKILLS

IN ORDER OF
IMPORTANCE): 1. Any current/previously held network or related certification by an industry leader such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft. (Please indicate whether certificate is active or inactive on resume) 2. Cisco Networking Academy or similar bootcamp/training
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
1. Ability to perform on-site physical network work, including lifting 40 lbs and working on ladders 2. Valid driver s license and ability to travel statewide to remote sites with a State OR Personal Vehicle 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff 4. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Associates Degree in a relevant field of work or high school diploma with equivalent work experience.
