Job Description

This role is to provide an initial contact point with the client in order to gather personal information and set up a client record in Carelogic. While performing the Point of Entry, you will strictly adhere to 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPPA privacy policies as well as ensure complete and accurate data entry. Duties also include clerical support to clinical staff and management, review and complete required agency documentation, answer telephone, perform drug screens, assist clients with questions, scan medical records, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years' clerical experience. Must be organized and possess excellent time-management skills while working in a fast-paced front office environment. Monday

  • 3pm and Friday 8am
