Job Summary A growing marine manufacturer in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to support daily office operations, administrative workflow, customer communication, and sales support activities. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a highly organized, adaptable professional who enjoys being the go-to person in a busy office environment. The Office Coordinator will work closely with leadership, internal teams, customers, and vendors to help keep business operations running smoothly. This role offers variety, visibility, and the opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of the business, including administration, invoicing, inventory tracking, sales coordination, and customer support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, office coordination, and sales support to leadership and internal teams.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and staff by phone and email.
- Create invoices, process payments, and assist with accounts-related tasks using QuickBooks Online.
- Track inventory, maintain accurate records, and support order coordination processes.
- Assist leadership with scheduling, projects, communication, and general administrative needs.
- Help coordinate workflow across multiple business functions to support smooth daily operations. Compensation and Benefits
- $25.00 to $26.00 per hour.
