Up to $18.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage administrative tasks with precision, and support daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace. Your energy, attention to detail, and proactive attitude will help foster a welcoming environment and keep our office running seamlessly. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Handle data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for correspondence Support office management Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting client needs Other general office duties as needed Requirements Proven office experience or clerical background demonstrating strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations Excellent typing speed and computer literacy for efficient data entry and document handling Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management capabilities Experience in customer support or customer service roles emphasizing professionalism and courtesy Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems
