Job Description

Job Summary Become a part of the future of renewable energy with CSS Solar. CSS is a solar field subcontractor supporting utility-scale solar projects across the United States. As one of the fastest-growing industries, solar energy plays a critical role in reducing dependence on fossil fuels and building a more sustainable future. The Project Management Admin supports on-site project management operations and provides administrative and coordination assistance to ensure smooth project execution. This role offers a clear career path toward Project Engineer and ultimately Project Manager within the company. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the renewable energy construction industry. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update daily tracking logs and production trackers. Receive and log incoming equipment and materials. Manage time tracking systems, reports, and daily production updates. Prepare reports, RFI's, and maintain digital filing systems. Track drawings, documentation, and project records. Support site service coordination, including deliveries, dumpsters, temporary facilities, ice, fuel, and water. Communicate with vendors and suppliers via phone and email. Assist the project management team with administrative and coordination tasks as needed. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to work in an active construction site environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and email communication. Experience with Procore is beneficial but can be learned on the job. Strong computer, organizational, and documentation skills. Effective communication skills, including vendor coordination by phone. High School diploma required. Minimum of 2 years of construction or project management experience preferred. Why Join Us?
