Role Overview The Customer Satisfaction Coordinator is a main point of contact for our customers and is responsible for customer relations, service support, general assistance to management and receptionist duties. This role is responsible for processing, tracking, and corresponding with customers regarding their orders through invoicing. This position serves as the steward for the Customer database and Sales Order database. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, exceptional attention to detail, ability to focus and multitask in a potentially distracting environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, advanced excel skills, an understanding of ERP systems, along with strong computer and internet skills. Duties & Responsibilities The job responsibilities of the Customer Satisfaction Coordinator include the following: Provide general administrative support Updating price lists for both State Contract and Promys Sales Order Entry - ensuring all details match PO, uploading all appropriate files o Personal Contact - Thank You and Confirmation Create Project Folders •Track Drop Ship orders for delivery and initiate invoicing Answering incoming calls and routing to proper personnel General office duties Greeting visitors Attend Staff meetings as required Additional duties as requested by management (particularly Controller, General Manager, and Office Manager) Required Skills Two years of experience in an administrative support or customer service role Ability to multi-task with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Intermediate/Advanced skills with various Microsoft programs to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams etc. Ability to shift priorities, demands and timelines based on analytics, and problem-solving abilities Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environment is essential Strong written and oral communication skills Advanced Video Group, Inc. is a growing commercial, audio-visual integration firm headquartered in Irmo, South Carolina.
