Job Description

Office Coordinator We're looking for a high-energy, organized, self-motivated Office Coordinator to join our busy small-business environment. This role isn't for someone who needs extensive training, constant direction, or a detailed task list to stay productive. We need a taskmaster and problem-solver who takes initiative, learns quickly, follows through, and jumps in wherever help is needed. Prior office experience is strongly preferred, along with a real understanding of how a busy small business operates and the ability to shift priorities throughout the day without missing a beat. Takes ownership of tasks — researching, organizing, following up, scheduling, entering data, making calls, or figuring things out — without needing every step spelled out Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting quickly as priorities change during the day Works independently: given an objective, determines the steps needed to accomplish it Brings genuine small-business office experience and understands the pace and demands of that environment Demonstrates initiative, urgency, professionalism, organization, follow-through, and resourcefulness in everything they do Full-time Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00
