Job Summary We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a long-term contract opportunity in Lexington, SC. This role provides front-line administrative and receptionist support for a public health program, with a focus on helping clients access services in a professional, organized, and welcoming environment. The Administrative Assistant will be an important part of the client experience, supporting appointment scheduling, intake processes, data entry, and confidential record management. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys working with the public, values accuracy, and wants to contribute to meaningful community health services. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, a convenient location right off I-20, and the opportunity to work in a structured, mission-driven environment with supportive team members and clear processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet, assist, and direct clients according to program and agency guidelines.
  • Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and help manage client flow for new and existing clients.
  • Educate clients on basic program requirements, standards, and next steps.
  • Accurately process client information and maintain medical and program records.
  • Enter data into agency systems while following confidentiality and privacy requirements.
  • Provide general administrative and receptionist support to ensure smooth daily operations.
