Full Job Description Description:
Assisting the Naval C2 IPT Lead, Maritime C2 Project Lead, and Tactical Data Links Project Lead in multiple areas of program management Coordinating and assisting in the writing of weekly WAR submissions Meeting management Building brief outlines Assisting with organizational chart and roster management Organizing and leading data call efforts Leading scheduling efforts Tracking action items Developing dashboards/metric reporting #LI-AM1
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and/or combination of education and five years of direct project management/administrative experience Secret Clearance Exceptional MS Teams, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint experience Experience with Power BI Experience with MS Project Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience assisting multiple programs and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Experience with risk management Exceptional task management skills
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with MARC2 and TACC2 systems Familiarity with NIWC Atlantic's organizational structure
Clearance Information:
SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
Travel Requirements:
Ad hoc travel in support of PMRs and meetings, estimated at 3-4 trips per year
