Office Coordinator Location:
Saluda Hill Landscapes, Low Country 10911 North Jacob Smart Blvd. Unit 4 Ridgeland, SC 29936
Pay:
$28/ Hour Reports to: General Manager Full-time position Office-based with occasional visits to site projects. Summary We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Coordinator to support our Low Country operations. This role is essential to keeping the office running efficiently and serving as the central point of coordination between field crews, leadership, and other company offices. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a wide range of responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Billing and Financial Coordination Invoicing, billing, and tracking payments to ensure all financial documentation is accurate and completed on time. Work closely with the accounting team to resolve any discrepancies and keep financial processes running smoothly. Scheduling and Operations Support Coordinate and manage schedules for crews, jobs and internal resources to support daily operations. Communicate schedule updates clearly and make adjustments as needed to keep projects on track. Estimating Support Support the estimating process by organizing information and assisting with the preparation of bids and proposals. Coordinate with internal teams to gather the details needed for accurate and timely estimates. Administrative Duties and Office Support Manage daily office operations by maintaining organized records, files, and documentation. Assist with data entry, reporting, and general administrative tasks to support the team. Take on a variety of responsibilities as needed to keep the office running efficiently. Proactively identify needs, solve problems, and support team members wherever necessary. Communication and Liaison Role Serve as the main point of communication between the Low Country office, main office, and field crews. Ensure information is shared clearly and efficiently across all teams to keep everyone aligned. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to adapt and manage a variety of responsibilities Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Preferred Skills Knowledge of landscape or construction equipment and machinery management.
