full-time Summary A professional services office in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support staff while serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, professional, and eager to grow into additional responsibilities over time. This is a Temp-to-Hire position and fully on-site. Responsibilities Answer phones and greet clients and visitors. Support partners and team members with administrative tasks. Manage incoming/outgoing mail, FedEx, UPS, and postage. Assist with tax-related administrative processes (training provided). Maintain office supplies and support day-to-day office operations. Handle confidential documents and information. Communicate professionally with clients and staff. Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications 2+ years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat. Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Professional demeanor with the ability to work well under pressure. Experience in a professional office environment is a plus. Self-motivated, dependable, and flexible with changing priorities. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, fully on-site Compensation & Benefits $20-$30 per hour, based on experience Benefits package once hired on permanently
