Job Description Greet customers, provide friendly and professional customer service, and assist with daily transit operations.

Responsibilities include:

Welcome customers at the front desk, answer phones, and answer questions. Sell transit tokens, passes, and process transactions using Square POS. Manage Jefferson Lines responsibilities, including online ticket sales and monthly reconciliation. Prepare and verify weekly deposits. Provide overflow dispatching support as needed. Use a computer and tablets and other technology to complete daily tasks and support operations. Maintain accurate records and assist with general office duties.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills, basic math and computer skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to learn new technology. Must be professional, respectful, patient, and able to work well with customers and coworkers. A positive attitude and willingness to help are essential. Spanish and English speaking skills preferred.

Pay:

From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
