Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will perform a wide variety of administrative and clerical duties to support the smooth and efficient operation of the school. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This position is for 3.75 hours daily.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

Maintain accurate records, including budgets and student records.

Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and other documents as needed.

Manage the school calendar, including scheduling meetings, events, and appointments.

Coordinate and schedule substitute teachers as needed.

Assist in the preparation of school budgets and financial reports.

Maintain inventory of school supplies and equipment, and order new supplies as needed.

Provide administrative support to school administrators, teachers, and staff as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

2+ years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
