Operating within our dedicated quoting system, this role is responsible for quickly identifying required components, calculating costs, and delivering timely, professional quotes to meet established department service levels. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent written communication skills who can seamlessly balance vendor sourcing, inventory tracking, and client relations. Duties & Responsibilities Process incoming service requests and produce accurate quotes for the Computer Repair Department. Actively track, close out, and complete all open quote cases in a timely manner. Compile and maintain detailed, organized file information for all generated quotes. Maintain positive, professional relationships with both customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Quickly identify the specific needed parts and components for various Computer Repair Department projects. Perform comprehensive monthly inventory counts and thoroughly investigate any discrepancies. Pick parts required for repair orders and stage them efficiently for the technicians to begin repairs. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the department. Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, inventory, or a coordination role required. Basic knowledge of computer components and hardware is preferred. Proficiency in standard office software with the adaptability to quickly master proprietary inventory, ticketing, and quote management systems. Exceptional attention to detail required for keeping accurate quote files and managing monthly inventory counts. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to maintain strong, positive relationships with external clients and supply vendors. Regular reliable attendance. Ability to self-manage, show initiative and be proactive. Must have ability to lift 20 lbs. as well as know and use proper lifting techniques. Must be able to pass drug screening and background check PI287028771
