This role is about being intentional with people. As an Office & Hospitality Specialist you will build trusted relationships with team members, create opportunities for personal and spiritual growth if they choose, and help to cultivate a workplace where people can connect with one another and their community. This is a varied role for someone who is relationally intentional, naturally drawn to encouraging and investing in others, takes initiative, and makes sure the details get done. You'll support the office, coordinate events and employee experiences, and provide administrative support to our Sales and Construction teams. What You'll Do
  • Build genuine relationships with team members, proactively identifying & fostering opportunities to encourage growth.
  • Welcome and assist employees, customers, trade partners, vendors, and guests.
  • Keep the office space organized, professional, and welcoming.
  • Manage office supplies, snacks, beverages, kitchen needs, and general office logistics.
  • Coordinate team lunches, celebrations, employee milestones, and company events.
  • Create opportunities for team members to connect with one another through volunteer opportunities, team competitions, Thursday lunches, and other experiences.
  • Be present and available to team members, including regularly connecting with employees working in the field.
  • Assist with permitting and utility coordination.
  • Coordinate customer closings, closing bags, and start packs for Job Superintendents.
  • Schedule customer final orientations and coordinate with the Sales Team and buyers.
  • Assist with warranty scheduling and coordination.
  • Provide general administrative and scheduling support to the Sales and Construction teams.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the team. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:

  • Proactive and comfortable taking ownership and initiating conversations
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • A strong communicator and team player
  • Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and general computer technology
  • Creative, adaptable, and willing to jump in wherever needed Experience in office administration, customer service, event coordination, or construction administration is a plus. What We Offer
