Job Summary The Information Technology Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Information Technology (IT) Department for a growing multi-unit healthcare organization. This position serves as a central point of contact for technology-related requests, coordinates communication between clinics, vendors, and internal departments, and assists with the day-to-day administrative functions of the IT department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in supporting multi-site operations, possesses basic troubleshooting skills, and excels at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Duties Provide administrative support for the daily operations of the Information Technology Department. Receive, document, prioritize, and route technical support requests to the appropriate internal or external resources. Serve as a liaison between clinic staff, vendors, and the IT team to ensure timely resolution of technology-related issues. Perform basic troubleshooting for common hardware, software, peripheral, and connectivity issues before escalation. Support the day-to-day technology needs of multiple clinic locations. Coordinate miscellaneous operational and technology requests from clinic personnel. Manage vendor relationships for appliance repairs, clinic equipment repairs, telecommunications, and technology service providers. Coordinate repairs and maintenance of clinic equipment, office technology, and other operational assets. Order replacement computers, monitors, printers, peripherals, networking devices, office equipment, and miscellaneous operational supplies. Track equipment repairs, warranty information, service requests, and vendor performance through completion. Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment inventories, and support requests. Assist with technology deployments, office openings, equipment installations, and clinic relocations. Communicate the status of open requests with clinic leadership and internal departments. Assist with special projects and perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualification:
Minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience supporting Information Technology, Operations, Facilities, or a related business function. Experience supporting multiple business locations or a multi-unit organization. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous concurrent requests. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer service-focused attitude. Ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, vendors, clinic personnel, and leadership. Basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. Strong customer service orientation with a positive, professional approach. Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple departments. Preferred Qualifications Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills. Experience working in a healthcare or multi-location medical practice environment. Experience with medical billing or revenue cycle processes. Experience coordinating third-party vendors and service providers. Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems or IT service management software. Knowledge of technology asset management and inventory control. Experience supporting clinical or medical office operations. Compensation Salary:
commensurate with experience. Competitive compensation package based on qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills. Eligible for company-sponsored benefits in accordance with organizational policies.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
