Job Description

Part-time weekend position working 8-16 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday.
Key Duties:
Assist with employee scheduling. Find coverage for call-outs and staffing shortages. Contact parents/guardians regarding schedule or program-related matters. Maintain records and assist with administrative documentation. Support residential leadership with various administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous scheduling experience. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently. Reliable weekend availability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience coordinating employee schedules. Experience working in healthcare, residential, educational or healthcare setting.
