Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Phone management for all calls, messages, etc. Assist with period-end closing Excel spreadsheet preparation and analysis Posting, reporting, and data collection within our truck and trailer maintenance programs Data entry and coding of invoices and repair orders Print and post miles / fuel Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.YOU MUST HAVE
High school diploma or General Equivalency Degree Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Sufficient vision and hearing necessary to work in a busy garage environmentYOU MAY ALSO HAVE
Administrative / clerical experience preferred Effective professional verbal and written communication skills Experience working in both team and independent settings Good organizational skillsROLE SPECIFICS
Schedule:
Full Time Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmPay Range:
$14.26 - $19.29Work Environment:
