Role Description The Office Administrative Assistant is a full-time role based in Dyersburg, TN. This role supports the office by managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Daily responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining electronic and paper files, preparing and formatting documents, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. The Office Administrative Assistant will assist team members with calendar management, meeting coordination, and basic administrative projects. The role also involves data entry, updating client information, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and general office support. Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and courteous client interaction. Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and handling confidential information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy is required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are required. Prior experience in an office or professional services environment is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in office administration is a plus.
