Job Description

Founded in 1994, Civil Constructors, Inc. grew to be one of the premier site grading and site utility contractors in Middle Tennessee. Roles and Responsibilities Administers and assists with the initiatives of the Estimating Department Complete general contractor/owner prequalification documents Prepares bid documents (bid form, bid bond, proposal package) and obtains appropriate signatures. Review project documents/specifications to determine bidding requirements Generates bid folders, bid calendar entries and set-up of invitations to bid Receive, print, file, and distribute construction documents Prepares invitations to bid including general project descriptions. Coordinates and maintains subcontractor bid lists. Maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Attend Pre-Bid and Bid Opening meetings (as needed) Develops project reports and maintains data Maintains supply inventory for department copier and plan printers.
