Job Summary As a Sign & Vinyl Graphic Install, you'll be a key member of our Large Format Team. This is a long-term career opportunity for someone who is highly engaged in today's modern sign & graphics industry and wants to join a great company with a great reputation within the industry. The ideal candidate should be self- motivated and have the skill and experience to work independently. Responsibilities and Duties 3 - 5 years of experience in the sign and graphics installation field. Site inspections, planning and sign and vinyl installer for all interior and exterior sign projects. Creative and capable of problem-solving meeting both the company and customer's expectations. High Energy with the ability to work independently and with a larger team. Proficient working with tools and the ability to climb ladders/staging or scaffolding. Strong knowledge of substrates and finishing materials. Physical ability to stand on feet all day and be able to lift-up to 75# on an as needed basis Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and Account Managers. Avery, Oracal or 3m Certification not required, but a major advantage. Positive attitude and willingness to continually improve. Prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time. Schedule installations and manage time effectively. Appropriately listen to client needs and wants. Protect confidentiality with client relationships, especially in healthcare settings. Qualifications and Skills Account and client relationship management. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of customers and colleagues. Strong mathematical skills. Candidates with experience running large format equipment are preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to life 75 or more pounds.
