Job Description
We're looking for someone who enjoys being the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes. Every day is different in property management, you might answer tenant calls in the morning, coordinate maintenance after lunch, prepare lease paperwork in the afternoon, and help create a social media post before heading home. If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy variety, we'd love to have you on our team. Responsibilities Answer phones, emails, and assist clients. Schedule appointments, inspections, and meetings. Prepare and organize documents and files. Assist with tenant, owner, and vendor communication. Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on work orders. Help prepare leases, notices, and other property management paperwork. Update rental listings and assist with social media. Run occasional errands and assist with special projects. Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
