Job Description

We are currently seeking a full time Business Office Coordinator who is committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice at our KOC Central Business Office. Key Responsibilities:
Serves as the first point of contact for visitors and employees at the KOC Central Business Office Provide administrative support for the Executive and Director level team Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails and inquiries to the appropriate department Maintain the reception area and conference room to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming space Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating conference rooms, managing office supplies, and other administrative duties as needed Support various projects/requests assigned by managementPotential Duties:
Sort, scan, process, and distribute incoming and outcoming mail within the Central Business Office and various KOC office locationsPreferred Experience and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of demonstrated success in a similar role Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift, carry and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerWhy Join KOC:
