Family, Integrity, Service, Stability Position Summary FMT Insurance is seeking an Office Assistant to provide routine office and customer support. This position is well suited for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable completing assigned tasks under the direction of a manager while following established procedures, schedules, and instructions. What You'll Do Customer Support Serve as the first point of contact and triage for incoming phone calls and office visitors. Route calls and inquiries to the appropriate department or individual as needed. Administrative Responsibilities Provide daily operational support, including opening mail and routingdocuments and packages to the appropriate department or individual. Provide administrative and operational support to departments as directed by your manager. Update the Customer Experience and Support Manual with information and revisions provided or approved by the manager. Monitor scheduled outside vendor visits and visitor appointments. Assist with maintaining vendor listings at the direction of management. Support facility and front office needs by maintaining a professional, welcoming lobby and advising when office supplies need ordered. Coordinate routine communications and scheduling with cleaning, security, and other vendors at the direction of the manager. Order food requested by the manager and combine, print, and distribute materials and schedules provided for company meetings and activities. What We're Looking For Strong organization and attention to detail. Professional and courteous communication skills. Ability to follow established procedures and manager direction. Dependability and the ability to complete routine tasks accurately and on schedule. Comfort using standard office equipment and common business software.Expected hours:
