Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Assists department and management officials by providing administrative support.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receives and carries out instructions. Keeps informed of company policies and procedures; answers related internal and external questions with authority. Performs general clerical office duties to include, but not limited to, mail, filing, telephones, data entry, copying, appointment scheduling/reservations and travel arrangements. Monitors and maintains departmental record systems, files, and paperwork. Research, tracks and compiles statistical and written reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence. Receives and protects confidential information. Provides backup and training within department as needed. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships. Performs special projects as assigned. Maintains regular and predictable attendance. Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
CERTIFICATIONS, REGISTRATIONS AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Breath Alcohol Technician as required by manager/location. Specimen Collector for Drug Testing as required by manager/location. Valid Driver's License as required by manager/location
