Remote Roles Overview:
The Clerical Support Representative is primarily responsible for providing general administrative support to the TeamHealth Billing Center.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Mail daily claims and secondary insurance claims Pull explanation of benefits (EOB) requests Assist with mail processing, mail refunds and process bad addresses Retrieve, copy, sort, and file various patient related information Complete additional clerical responsibilities as requested by management Requirements Qualifications & Experience
