JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking anEXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Uphold a strict level of confidentiality Schedule meetings and appointments Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents Prepare internal and external corporate documents for employees Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place, such as employee appreciation events and fund-raising events Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele Daily errands Additional duties related to operations and administration as assigned Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Minimum of 1 years experience as an assistant reporting directly to senior management Bachelor's degree, preferred, but not required Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, required Self-starter and able to complete tasks without direct supervision Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities Exceptional interpersonal skills Understands and adheres to the confidential nature of the roleBenefits
