Requirements and qualifications include:
4-year degree required. Previous experience in education, management, customer service, or sales preferred. Enthusiastic, outgoing and team oriented personality. Must demonstrate care and compassion towards children. Motivated to take the initiative to ensure that a student's time at Huntington is memorable. Confident and flexible demeanor. Outstanding communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high levels of self-motivation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Instruct students as needed.
Perform educational administrative tasks:
administer, correct, and write up student academic tests, and prep parent initial and ongoing conferences. Answer phones, maintain monthly billing, student attendance records, perform data entry, and maintain accurate financial records. Develop, review, and mail monthly billing statements. Collect and deposit payments. Collect tuition and fees. Review student sign-in sheets, attendance, absence, make ups, etc. Schedule student make-up sessions and parent appointments. Maintain center appearance, including the waiting room, offices. Instructional areas, and bathroom, as well as the halls and other spaces outside the Center.
