401(k) Free food & snacks Paid time off Expanding Musculoskeletal & Sports Medicine Clinic in Brentwood is seeking an energetic, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Receptionist t o be the welcoming face of our practice. The days to work are M-Th at our Murfreesboro location.
What You'll Do:
Greet patients with a warm, professional smile and create a positive first impression Manage a fast-paced schedule: check-ins, check-outs, appointment scheduling, and phone calls Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and handle patient billing questions Coordinate with physicians, physical therapists, and clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly Maintain accurate patient records in our EMR system (experience with eClinicalWorks, etc. a plus) Assist with light administrative tasks (scanning, faxing, referral coordination)
Who You Are:
Friendly, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping people Able to multitask in a busy environment without dropping the ball Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills At least 1-2 years of medical front desk experience (orthopedics, physical therapy, or sports medicine experience strongly preferred) Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software quickly Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
