Job Summary Support the recording, monitoring and reporting of student attendance. What you will do Compiles, copies, sorts and files records of student attendance Operates office machines, such as copiers, scanners, fax machines, and personal computers Interacts with parents, school administration, teachers and support Create reports to track attendance trends and data Education Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Required Experience Qualifications less than 1 year in an office setting supporting clerical operations of a basic nature Required Skills and Abilities Attention to detail, basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, good verbal and written communication skills, sense of urgency-able to work effectively to meet deadlines, customer service orientation, able to create basic reports in Excel
