Qualifications Education and Experience:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree; qualifying full-time increasingly responsible sub-professional experience or paraprofessional or professional experience may be substituted for the required education, on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of four years. Overview This position provides basic administrative support to division programs by handling daily office tasks and serving as a point of contact for staff and external customers. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and two years of professional full-time staff work. Responsibilities Provide front desk customer service. Process, scan, and distribute all incoming mail. Support the division training coordinator by sending communications, maintaining contact lists, preparing materials, tracking documentation, and assisting with onsite training logistics and exams. Assist division with public records requests through file searches, redactions, documentation, and meeting seven day response deadlines. Manage both paper and digital records for the division. Assist division programs as needed. Competencies (KSA's)
