We are looking for a Receptionist/Front Desk Clerk to join our team in Nashville, TN. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients when they arrive at the clinic, so we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a friendly manner, and a dedication to service. Main responsibilities:

Receive and welcome patients to the clinic. Answer telephone calls and manage appointments. Keep the consultation and treatment schedule up to date. Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, billing, patient follow-up). Support the dental team to ensure a positive experience for each patient. Availability on weekends.

Requirements:

Good communication and customer service skills. Organizational skills, punctuality, and responsibility. Basic computer skills (calendars, email, records). Availability to work on-site in Nashville, TN. Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferable knowledge of CPR/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
