Job Description

Our Enterprise Regulatory and Compliance Department is looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Regulatory and Compliance department's growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles sensitive information with discretion, and keeps teams organized through strong communication, scheduling, and document support. About the Role
  • Provide administrative support to the Regulatory and Compliance team, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain regulatory files, reports, and department documentation.
  • Assist with tracking deadlines, renewals, submissions, and follow-up items to help ensure timely compliance activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts to gather required information and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive records and regulatory information. What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a compliance, legal, regulatory, or corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information. Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, legal, risk, or audit-related function for insurance and service companies.
  • Familiarity with document retention, records management, or policy tracking.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and supporting cross-functional teams.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
