OVERVIEW
Orano USA is seeking a Project Administrator to provide critical administrative and coordination support for Project IKE . As the Project Administrator, you will apply advanced organizational and communication skills to maintain multiple day-to-day administrative priorities in a fast-paced project environment. The Project Administrator is responsible for supporting Project IKE management in areas of document control, planning, executing, and monitoring project activity. You'll also assist the project managers in organizing and tracking information and tasks...and be at the forefront of building one of the most advanced clean energy infrastructures in the country.
Responsibilities:
Assists in the development process of project policies and procedures to include writing, reviewing, editing project documents and in charge of the official releases. Facilitate clear communication between management, project teams, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Manage version control and organization of electronic project files and shared digital document repositories, support records management. Prepare and distribute progress reports and project metrics to leadership. Support onboarding of new project team members and maintain organizational charts and contact information. Coordinates, plans, tracks, and executes training for project employees. Supports management in achieving project needs, goals, and expectations. Performs special assignments as needed.
Requirements:
BA in a business-related discipline; business administration, project management, human resources or equivalent degree program. Must have 3 - 5 years of experience coordinating complex, multi-disciplinary, schedule-driven, and highly regulated projects in an engineering, construction, industrial or manufacturing environments. Experience working with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project teams. Experience with information management systems and project management software. Experience working directly with cross-functional engineering teams and project engineers in a quality assurance environment. Strong team skills and the ability to organize across different departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting regulated industries (nuclear, energy, construction, oil & gas or heavy industrial projects). Active DOE security clearance (all candidates will be considered regardless of security clearance status). Experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment.
