Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our Crumbl General and District Managers, providing exceptional support to ensure smooth daily operations. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help maintain an efficient work environment, facilitate effective communication, and support various administrative functions. Duties Reconcile bank credit card accounts. Reconcile weekly deposits for accuracy. Monitor Slack for communication from stores. Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications to update records and reports Assist with bookkeeping duties utilizing QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping Support calendar management and scheduling for executives or team members to optimize time utilization Experience Prior office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Strong computer literacy with excellent typing speed, proofreading skills, and data entry accuracy Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism Exceptional organizational skills combined with effective time management to prioritize tasks efficiently Customer service background with excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—fostering positive client interactions
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
