About Us Specialized Saddles is a small, dynamic company that crafts premium custom-fit horse saddles. You'll support both office and from time to time barn tasks, offering administrative, customer service, equine, and media assistance to ensure seamless days.
Responsibilities Customer Communication :
Professionally handle phone calls and emails—ensuring thoughtful, friendly responses.
Administrative Assistance :
Perform tasks like data entry, scheduling appointments, managing documents, and keeping the office organized.
Equine Prep :
Assist with grooming, washing, and prepping horses for photo or video sessions.
Media Support :
Help with basic video editing and preparing content for social media.
Operational Flexibility :
Be ready to jump in wherever help is needed.
Qualifications Google Workspace Proficiency Required :
Strong skills in Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms.
Tech-Savvy :
Comfortable using digital tools, adapting quickly, and learning new systems.
Strong Communication Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication, especially for customer interactions. Very Organized with
Multitasking Ability :
Able to manage admin duties while keeping track of equine and media tasks.
Equine Experience Required :
Confidence and comfort handling horses during prep is a plus.
Adaptable & Reliable :
A friendly, proactive demeanor and willingness to dive into varied tasks.
Professional & Trustworthy :
Discretion is important—background check and drug test required.
