Assistant Administrator

Description We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Administrator to support the effective operation of our behavioral health facility. Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Facility Administrator in managing daily operations Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and families to promote effective care Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for clients and staff Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives Daily chart documentation Be familiar with The Wood Group's policy and procedures to include employee handbook On

• Call rotation every other week

Requirements Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in behavioral health preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in behavioral health or related field
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of confidentiality and ethical standards in healthcare
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required
