Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a friendly, dependable part-time Office Administrative Assistant to support our team at SIG Clearfork Insurance Group. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the insurance industry from the ground up. No prior insurance experience is required — we will train the right person. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Manage and respond to general office emails Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) Assist staff with day-to-day tasks and office needs as they arise Look for ways to contribute and improve office operations What We're Looking For We value attitude and initiative over a lengthy résumé. The ideal candidate is someone who shows up ready to work, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and isn't afraid to ask questions or jump in where needed. Self-starter — you don't wait to be told what to do next Bilingual (English/Spanish) — a significant plus; we serve a diverse client base Basic Windows troubleshooting skills — comfortable handling minor computer issues without needing IT hand-holding Willingness to learn — the insurance industry has a lot to it, and we want someone who's excited to grow with us Professional phone and email manner — you represent our agency every time you pick up the phone or hit send Organized and detail-oriented — accuracy matters in everything we do Experience Prior office or administrative experience is a plus but not required. What matters most is reliability, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to be part of a team.
Hours & Compensation Part-time:
20-28 hours per week Hourly rate: $15-$18, commensurate with experience Schedule to be determined; some flexibility available
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
