This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, enhance organizational efficiency, and contribute to a smooth and professional work environment. The Clerical Assistant serves as the backbone of our administrative functions, ensuring accurate data management, effective communication, and high-quality document handling. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, a solid work ethic, and a commitment to producing precise, reliable work attention to detail is absolutely essential, as we cannot accommodate sloppy or careless work. Responsibilities Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support office operations Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Review, draft, proofread, and update documents with a high level of accuracy Enter, maintain, and update records using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and SharePoint Organize, store, and retrieve digital and physical files according to established procedures Provide customer support via phone and email, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and properly formatted before submission or filing Qualifications Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint Experience with Google Workspace tools Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Excellent proofreading ability Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail Basic office and administrative skills, including filing, data entry, and scheduling Bilingual abilities are highly desirable but not required Experience in medical or dental office environments is a plus, but willingness to learn is essential What We're Looking For We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and highly detail-oriented who takes pride in their work.
