Job Description
Job Summary •This role will start as a part-time position, with the opportunity to move into full-time hours once fully trained. We are seeking a reliable and organized Restaurant Office Administrative Assistant to support the back-office and operational needs of our restaurant group. The role focuses on administrative support, organization, data entry, and assisting with financial and operational reporting to help daily restaurant operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers at a basic level, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus. Key Responsibilities Organize, upload, and maintain receipts, invoices, and supporting documents Assist with weekly and monthly P&L preparation by compiling sales, labor, and expense data Upload and categorize documents in restaurant accounting systems (R365 or similar) Perform data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Answer business calls, emails, and messages professionally Assist with posting hiring ads and onboarding paperwork Help coordinate catering inquiries, prep lists, and basic follow-ups Support scheduling, deposits, and general administrative tasks Order office supplies and assist with occasional errands as needed Provide administrative support to ownership and management Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable with basic data entry and working with numbers Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or similar tools Professional communication skills (phone, email, text) Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, not required
