Job Description
The Site Admin Assistant will provide support to the Installation Team by carrying out general administrative duties and assigned tasks. This role involves data entry, timesheet submittal for all personnel on-site, updating records and will support the Project Manager and Superintendent, as needed.
Responsibilities include:
- assisting in gathering, printing and organizing all installation documents for the site team
- support the onboarding of new labor and employees
- maintain accurate rosters of manpower on site
- ensure accurate timesheets and attendance records
- assist with badging of all employees and visitors
- maintain accurate notes and reports in meetings for Project Managers and Supervisors
- maintain records for deliveries and other supplies
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in an Administrative or equivalent position
- fluent in English (Spanish capabilities highly preferred, but not required)
- experience on a construction site or similar industry
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) Knowledge

- knowledge and experience to work within Excel
- handle multiple tasks in a high-energy environment at once
- able to work on tasks independently
- able to spend extended durations walking, standing, climbing stairs during jobsite walks
