Job Description

Industrial Air Flow Dynamics is seeking an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, scheduling, data entry, and safety-related support for a temporary three-month project. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment, have strong computer skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Previous experience supporting safety or compliance activities is preferred. Familiarity with DISA and ISNetworld (ISN) is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities:
Perform Data Entry Assist with employee scheduling Maintain spreadsheets, reports, employe information, and safety documentation. Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Outlook. Assist with safety-related administrative documentation and recordkeeping Help maintain employee compliance information, training records, certifications, and other required documentation. Assist with DISA and ISNetworld (ISN) requirements and documentation when applicable. Communicate with employees, supervisors, and project personnel regarding schedules and required documentation. Scan, organize, file, and maintain confidential employee and project records. Follow up on missing paperwork, certifications, or other required information. Provide general administrative support to the operations and safety teams. Perform other administrative duties as assigned during the project.
Requirements:
Previous experience as administrative assistant, data entry, project support, or similar role. Strong computer skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Excell and Outlook required Strong date entry skills Ability to work independently and as a part of the team Experience working in an industrial, construction, manufacturing, power generation, turnaround, or similar environment is a plus. Previous administrative experience with safety or compliance documentation is preferred.
