Service Advisor

SERVICE ADVISOR NEEDED

- We are a growing business and need someone to join our team in Comfort, TX to assist with the administrative duties of the Service Department. We're looking for someone who shares our drive, passion for quality work and customer service! Benefits include PTO, health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Service Department Answer incoming calls and greet customers in a professional and courteous manner Maintain technician and PDI scheduling Assist with ordering parts and ensure all service invoices are submitted promptly to the Accounting Department for payment Assist with scanning in work orders and completing DUS Assist with debit card reconciliation Provide excellent customer service by calling customers with status updates and following up after the work is complete to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain general organization of the Service office by ensuring work orders are filed, tracking reports are updated, work order payments are received, and general office supplies are stocked May perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize activities Must have excellent and professional communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Great problem solving and troubleshooting abilities Must be reliable, professional, and have excellent customer service skills A self-starter that can work well both in a team and independently RV or Dealership experience is a plus Have reliable transportation and valid Texas driver's license Must be able to pass a drug test
