Duties Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication skills Greet visitors at the front desk, assist with check-in procedures, and direct them appropriately Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events using productivity software and calendar management tools Perform data entry tasks accurately within spreadsheets and client databases, ensuring information is current and organized Handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence using Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel Support office management by maintaining supplies inventory, organizing files, and ensuring the office environment is tidy and efficient Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries promptly and assisting clients or visitors with their needs Experience Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred but not required; strong organizational skills are essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software is necessary Excellent typing speed, data entry accuracy, and computer literacy are highly valued Bilingual abilities are advantageous for effective client communication in diverse environments Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer support, phone communication, and professionalism in front desk interactions Join us in creating a vibrant office environment where your organizational talents can shine!
