Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our organization. Lifestream Health Centre is growing, and we are looking for an exceptional Front Office Coordinator to join our team! This is not just a "front desk" position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the patient experience from the moment a patient calls or walks through our doors. The right person will be organized, professional, dependable, friendly, and able to confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced medical office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression Manage patient check-in and check-out Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments Maintain accurate patient demographics and information Collect payments and assist with front-office financial responsibilities Communicate effectively with providers, clinical staff, and administration Monitor schedules and proactively address scheduling issues Assist with patient questions and concerns with professionalism and compassion Maintain an organized and efficient front-office environment Support administrative projects and daily office operations Work collaboratively with the entire Lifestream team

Requirements Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, data entry, and general office software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and clear communication abilities. Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, filing procedures, calendar management, and proofreading is preferred.
