Office Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks, customer communication, and creative support. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to multitask. This is a small office providing a relaxed and stress-free work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and organization Order parts and supplies for gaming equipment and maintain inventory records Assist with record-keeping tasks Support the owner and manager with daily operational needs Help manage and maintain vacation rental operations (scheduling, coordination, communication) Create and edit videos for advertising and promotional purposes Maintain office systems and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow This is a part-time position, and the work schedule is possible flexible for the right candidate.

Pay:
