Job Description

Coordinator I (226 Days) -(RTP20260424-025) Description Coordinate with the Administrative Services Director to support the Student Transportation service centers with separation documents, leave requests, payroll processing, employee services issues, department data updates, creating reports, and providing training. Maintaining data integrity through oversight of the transportation roster and trackers. Analyze and compile data to assist the administrative service team with assigned. special projects, decision making, and strategy development. Conduct internal audits in the following areas: payroll, supplemental code use, employee time, and active approved driver review Responsible for managing and processing the department's attendance, retention, and referral incentives. Coordinate with the Administrative Services team on position control changes for new hires, demotions/promotions, transfers, and location changes. Creating, scheduling, and presenting employees with onboarding resources on Student transportation processes, policies, internal procedures and regulations. Prepare and create all records for transfer request, updating seniority list, and annual bidding process. Coordinate the professional development training data with service center timekeepers to ensure timely processing of compensation for all staff. Oversee the Reasonable Assurance process and coordinate with Risk Management to address any Unemployment Claims. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Organizational skills Possess organizational and interpersonal skills Customer service skills Critical Thinking and solution focused Knowledge of Microsoft Office Works effectively with others. Reports to work on time, is reliable for regular and overtime work, and is absent only with good cause. Exhibits good judgement in decision making and problem solving. Recognizes needs of job and suggests ways to improve efficiency and productivity. Spanish/English bilingual
