EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Part-Time | Dallas, TX | Marketing & Creative Agency + Personal Support Are you a highly organized, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment? I'm an entrepreneur with ADHD who runs a marketing and graphic design agency, and I'm looking for a rockstar Executive Personal Assistant to help me manage both my professional and personal day-to-day life. No two days will look the same — daily responsibilities will shift based on needs and priorities, so flexibility and a can-do attitude are essential. A background or strong interest in marketing is a big plus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Administrative & Business Support:
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for me and clients Handle inbox and communications (emails, phone, follow-ups) Prepare documents and presentations using Google Suite and other tools Assist with project coordination — tracking deadlines, progress, and deliverables Organize travel arrangements including itineraries and accommodations Plan and execute events, ensuring all details are covered Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information
Personal & Lifestyle Support:
Meal prep — planning and preparing healthy meals Run errands (grocery shopping, dry cleaning, post office, etc.) Dog care — walks, playtime (must love pets!) Chauffeur — driving me to appointments and meetings Keep the home tidy and organized Declutter and organize home and office spaces Online research for projects and tasks
WHO YOU ARE
Highly organized and detail-oriented — this is the #1 priority Flexible and adaptable — daily priorities shift and you roll with it Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong computer literacy (Google Suite, project tools, etc.) Friendly, positive, and professional Comfortable around dogs Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Background or genuine interest in marketing/graphic design preferred
A NOTE ON THIS ROLE
This position supports a busy entrepreneur in a creative agency environment. It is important that you are a patient person who can stay on task. Your task list will evolve day to day, some days are all business, others are all logistics. If you thrive on variety, take ownership of your work, and don't need a rigid routine, you'll love it here.
