Job Description

Personal Injury Litigation Legal Assistant Law Office of Domingo Garcia is a personal injury law firm seeking a Litigation legal assistant. Position requires a candidate with 1 year experience in litigation personal injury.
Responsibilities:
Drafting discovery, interrogatories, and requests for production E-filing in both State and Federal courts Requesting medical and billing affidavits and e-filing Requesting Medicaid liens, hospital liens, health insurance liens Ability to communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service Assisting attorneys and paralegals in organizing case files
Qualifications:
Great computer skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced working environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented Excellent customer service Must be a team player Needles experience Spanish is required
