PART-TIME POSITION
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls and other communications. Organizing detailed appointments in Google calendar. Complete and send DocuSign contracts to customers. Type up estimates and invoices per notes given. Follow up & accurately document communication with prospective clients and customers. Maintain office equipment and supplies list as needed. Complete roof measurements using software (training provided).
Office Assistant Requirements:
Experience as an office assistant or in related field. Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary. Warm personality with strong communication skills. Ability to work well under limited supervision. Have a valid driver license. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars. QuickBooks a plus. Bilingual (English and Spanish) Part-time 14 hours / week plus On-Call Hours MUST be flexible to cover full day if needed.
